The Uganda Civil Aviation Authority (UCAA) has achieved a significant milestone with the appointment of its Director General, Mr. Fred K. Bamwesigye, to the Civil Air Navigation Services Organisation (CANSO) Global Executive Committee, as a Member at Large.
