The Uganda Electricity Generation Company Limited (UEGCL) has reaffirmed its commitment to supporting the country’s development agenda, as outlined in the National Development Plan (NDP) III (2020/21-2024/25) and the upcoming NDP IV (2025-2030).
In a stakeholders’ workshop held at Skyz Hotel in Kampala, UEGCL’s Chief Executive Officer, Eng. Harrison Mutikanga, unveiled the company’s strategic plan to align its operations with the NDP goals.
Under the theme “Sustainable Industrialisation for Inclusive Growth & Wealth Creation,” UEGCL aims to contribute to the country’s socio-economic transformation by leveraging its expertise in electricity generation.
