Presidents Museveni, Magufuli Sign East African Crude Oil Pipeline (EACOP) Implementation Agreement
Uganda’s President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni and his counterpart John Pombe Magufuli of Tanzania, have September 13, 2020, signed the implementation agreement for the East African Crude Oil Pipeline at Chato, Tanzania.
